I finally did it. I splurged..

Yes... I did it.. I took my money and bought a gallardo...

haha just kidding! I was just trying to catch your attention by using some cheap tricks =)

So in all seriousness, I didnt buy a gallardo..(i wouldn't be able to park it anywhere, and plus it would breakdown on the way from the dealership).

But here is what I did buy!
1) A Meat temperature thermometer...
Finally I'll be able to make those perfect medium rare prime ribs.. no more slicing and dicing it.. I'll also finally be able to make great chicken.. yes it still alludes me til this day..


2) A whisk!
So this will make me cook pancakes a lot more, since a big deterrent to me is making me break out my 6 quart kitchen aid mixer.

3)A Food Injector!
WHy would I need this? to make barbecue legs.. Im tired of having to soak the chicken in hot sauce and then waiting for a few hours for the flavor to transfer... Instead now I can just inject it right into the chicken!


hmm thats about it... well im pretty happy with my kitchen utensils.
